Having employee benefits has never been so easy or cost effective. Comparable non-association plans are subject to the groups individual claims and higher risk of environmental compromise. The benefit of an association plan is the costs are pooled which eases the weight of your groups claims across the entire volume of every group that enrolls. This approach allows for a single renewal for every company, set plan rates and a no questions asked enrollment process. We are proud to offer two seperate health plan options to the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia that contrast in the range of prescription drugs covered under the plan.

The comprehensive standard plans consist of life, accidental death & dismemberment, dependant life, extended health care and optional critical illness that mirror a typical group program. (Click here to view a detailed listing of the health care benefits)
