The Benefits division is lead by Vice President Russell Oehmen. Russ has a business degree from St FX University and a Master’s Degree in public administration from Dalhousie University. He joined The Fraser & Hoyt Group in 1979 and has over the years ascended to his current vice presidency role in the Benefits Division. Russ is based in Atlantic Canada where he promotes innovative products in the Benefits industry with a focus on Executive, Corporate and Government Benefit programs.
